The contemporary design system is in a state of constant evolution. It encompasses a network of industrial objects that are continually transformed by technology and daily use. Such a dynamic environment necessitates design managers who possess a diverse and complex set of skills, capable of navigating areas that are closely related, synergistic, and of high strategic importance. The Master in Business and Management for the Design System proposes a high managerial training course in the scenario of the Design sector.

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

The program is structured in three distinct phases:

  • A first propaedeutic area which provides a historical introduction and framework for the operational and strategic aspects of the Design system.
  • A second area of in-depth analysis focuses on the economic aspects and definition of the industrial product, the principles of the circular economy, and the establishment of a company’s identity.
  • A third area of business design in which are considered the generative steps, start-up, and management phases of a start-up operating in the world of objects. This is done in conjunction with examining models that facilitate changes in the business environment, as well as the internal and external organization of an existing company.

This program empowers you to comprehend the dynamic nature of the the system of products and services of design, adapting to shifts in consumer behavior.
